What kinds of signs can you create?
We create virtually any type of custom sign you can imagine. Our specialties include hand-painted signs, sandblasted signs, vinyl lettering, building signs, real estate / board signs, banners, yard signs, vehicle graphics and wraps, magnetic signs, and more.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
Our shop is located at 12010 US-290 West, Austin, TX 78737. We serve Austin and the surrounding areas, and we’ve worked with a broad range of clients — from local businesses to ranch owners.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been creating custom signs for more than a decade, serving both commercial and small-business customers, as well as individuals.
Ordering & Production
How do I request a quote?
Click on the “Request a Quote” link on the website. You’ll be asked to provide your contact info, desired sign type, dimensions, quantity, and any special instructions. You can also email us directly (info@bbsigns or Salesbbsigns@gmail.com) or call us at 512-394-1300.
What file types do you except for logo or artwork submissions?
We accept JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF files (max size 8 MB). For vector formats such as AI or EPS, we ask that you email them directly to infobbsigns@gmail.com.
Can you work on custom sizes, shapes, or materials?
Yes — we specialize in custom signage and are happy to work with you on specialized sizes, shapes, materials, and unique requirements. Just let us know your needs when submitting your order.
What is your usual turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the sign, materials, current shop schedule, and how busy we are. When you request a quote, we’ll give you an estimated completion date based on those factors.
Hours, Contact & Turnaround
What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We will be closed from December 22nd – January 2nd. We will be back to our normal hours on January 5th.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as cash or check.
What if I’m not happy with the final sign?
We stand behind the quality of our work — our goal is for you to “fall in love” not just with the sign, but with the service. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately and we’ll discuss adjustments or remakes as appropriate.

Do you do real-estate signs, open-house signs, or temporary event signage?
Yes. We offer real estate signs, open-house signs, yard or board signs, banners — and we’ll work with you to choose the right substrate/material for the job.
Can you handle vehicle graphics or wraps?
Absolutely. Vehicle graphics and full vehicle wraps are among the services we provide. We can design and install them to help your business get noticed on the road.
